A 7-year-old Bulldog superfan was surprised last week with courtside tickets to a University of Georgia basketball game.

Joseph Page received the tickets from employees at the Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center pediatric rehabilitation department, where he has been a weekly patient since he was a toddler.

“Joseph had a really good time and was very excited,” the superfan’s father, Richard Page, said. “Everyone at the game, including the referees, were talking to him. Hairy Dawg even came to sit with us.”

In addition to watching the Bulldogs take on the Arizona Razorback with his favorite mascot, Joseph also got some screen time on the scoreboard at Stegeman Coliseum.
