Barrow County Emergency Services recognized by Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation

The Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation recently recognized Barrow County Emergency Services at its annual Firefighters’ Recognition Day Luncheon and Awards Ceremony.

Barrow County Emergency Services collected $19,700 for the foundation’s 27th “Give Burns the Boot” drive, which will be used to support the foundation’s programs, including camps for children who have been burned and public education programs.

Fire departments across the state collected more than $624,000 during the drive.
