Guess what?! There's a formula for maximizing your health. Check it out!

BODY COMPOSITION + CARDIO + MOBILITY + STRENGTH = HEALTHY!

The components are referred to as the 4 Pillars of Health. When you create your weekly plan for daily physical activity and proper nutrition, you must be sure to incorporate opportunities to address each of the Pillars. Otherwise, you may detract from your overall health. Click on any of the Pillars within the equation that you are unfamiliar with for a desciption. You'll be up to speed in no time!
